Mediation and Conciliation Bill now drafted

The Law Reform Commission has published the Draft Mediation and Conciliation Bill with its recent report entitled 'Alternative Dispute Resolution: Mediation and Conciliation'. In addition new Superior Court Rules in relation to Mediation have now come into force.
