OECD and Offshore Voluntary Disclosure

The OECD have published their study on how 39 countries, including Ireland, deal with offshore tax evasion where a taxpayer makes a voluntary disclosure. The study compares the penalties and interest charges, criminal prosecution and imprisonment risks between the countries.
