The Department of Justice has requested formal submissions to be made before 20 March next in respect of the implementation of the Charities Act 2009, see here. Persons connected with charities are encouraged to make a submission to ensure their voices are heard on this matter. Submissions will be made public after the consultation period has closed. A summary and response will be compiled and published by the Department.
